Bell Tower Youth Hostel, also known as the City Spring Hotel, is in the centre of Xi'an, with sweeping views of the Bell and Drum Tower. This cozy hostel is beautiful in the winter. From this hostel you can walk across the road to a brilliant street market with trinkets, food, art and ethnic clothing. Bargaining here is a must.

- After 18:00 = day room rate.
Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children under 12 years old are allowed to share their parents' room on existing bedding.
- Children under 3 years old are free of charge for both baby cot and breakfast.
Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations not guaranteed with a credit card will be released by 18:00 hours on the day of arrival.
- No-shows are subject to a charge equivalent of one nights accommodation.
- Due to Acts of God wherein the scheduled flight to Xian is cancelled, we agree to waive the "no show" charge for the first nights room rate, as long as you inform us in writing on the same day. Otherwise one nights room rate for the total number of rooms cancelled will be charged.
- All meal charges will be levied for cancelled groups.
