Before 18:00 check out, you will pay half day room rate. After 18:00 check out, you will pay full day room rate.
Children below the age of 12 are allowed to share the same room with their parents if no extra bed is required. Children below the age of three (3) are ree of charge for both baby cot and breakfast.
Reservations not guaranteed with a credit card will be released by 18:00 hours on the day of arrival. No-shows will be subjected to a charge equivalent of one (1) night's accommodation.
Due to Acts of God wherein the scheduled flight to Xian is cancelled, we agree to waive the "no show" charge for the first nights room rate, as long as you inform us in writing on the same day. Otherwise one (1) night's room rate for the total number of rooms cancelled will be charged. All meal charges will be levied for cancelled groups.
